'Quality Counts' for Little Rascals

We have recently been inspected under the NDNA 'Quality Counts' framework. We have achieved a great result and this is what it means to the nursery, parents, staff and most importantly children.

'Quality Counts' is the Investors in Children endorsed accreditation scheme of NDNA. It is based on portfolio building, mentoring, training, self-assessment and independent assessment, leading to the award of Quality Counts accreditation.

• The portfolio stands as a living document that we can refer to on a daily basis to train and educate new staff and work to consistent policies and procedures
• Provides evidence to meet our Ofsted requirements.
